“We absolutely loved our stay!! We can’t wait to return next year ”

“Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You”

“We’ve coming to this property for three years. It’s always been a fun experience. The property management has improved dramatically—I give it a 10/10. Not for the faint of heart. This tucked away cabin is surrounded by nature, with the night spookiness of creaking floors, pitch black outdoors. It’s almost impossible to sleep with the deep silence and nature sounds at night, including bears. It’s a good stay for a bigger family.”

“This was a perfect lake getawat. We wanted to fish and sit vy the water and thats what we did for the week. The lake was clean and it was nice to have the paddle boat and row boat to take out on the water. The porch was perfect for playing games on when it was dark outside. The house was big enough for our family of 5 and a dog. I would definitely recommend this cottage. We didnt go anywhere but it is about 40 or so minutes to area attractions.”

“So blessed to have been able to share our favorite place with our friends this last trip. My boyfriend and I came her for the 7th time, and we will continue to come back. We love the tiny red house but was honestly jealous this trip that our friends got to stay in the large tree house, might have to rent that next time we go. The property itself is so well kept, your right on the water which we obviously had to take dip into everyday, and just walk the property taking in all the scenery. Eric,……

“Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! ”
