“Listing was exactly what we got! Theres a ton of room here, yard was very entertaining (even in winter) and the decoration was very thoughtful. Pool toys and towels available, EV charger, games, and garage access. Our infant used the available crib which was already set up in the huge walk-in closet for us, saving us the use of an additional bedroom. Great set up. Host was ultra responsive and check out was VERY simple. All beds are memory foam which was tricky for some of our older bodies and……

Driving in you do see some homes that make you question the neighborhood, but it was incredibly quiet & we felt safe at the property. Host was responsive. The home accommodated 2 adults and 2 children well for a brief stay. “This house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Sacramento. No one will say the Fruitridge area is a tourist area, but it was a wonderful stay for us as a jumping off place to visit family and have a nice time, or just relax in the backyard. What most impressed me about the Mamma Llama house is how well stocked it was with coffee pods, towels, kitchen appliances and such. And very comfortable. ”
