“We have been staying at this property annually for 4 years usually 2 weeks at a time. It is always clean and ready for us. It’s in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. Sally is very easy to work with and always pleasant. ”

“All correspondence with hosts was through VRBO messaging & they were very efficient in making sure we got all the information we needed to stay comfortably. The location was perfect for us because it was centrally located near places we decided to go to. The one-bedroom, one bath home was clean & had some complimentary items, extra bedding, towels, & cookware we could use. The neighborhood was quiet & easy to get to with plenty of parking outside to park. Will definitely stay here if we return……

“Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! ”

“Jenna was very easy to contact if we had a need or a question. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of having the freedom to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. ”

“Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. ”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s home. Everything was super clean, light switches and other things were clearly labeled for easier accessibility, and she has many complimentary common items for use that guest might need during their stay! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the AC units and she quickly came over (within minutes) and turned them on for us. The property is quiet, cozy, and perfect for a stay in Orangevale/near Sacramento! ”

“Kim went out of her way to make us feel welcome, She typed a special message for us wishing us a happy anniversary. Kim baked us blueberry, banana crunch, zucchini muffins and Lincoln blood red pies, she also made double chocolate chip and Praline biscotti’s. Everything was yummy. She gave us a wonderful tour of her home and all of the wonderful amazing antiques. Her collection spans across seven generations and many other collectibles my husband and I found very interesting. “This property was amazing! Great location with many restaurants/stores within walking distance. The property was sparkling clean. The design and decor of the property was absolutely stunning.
