“Wonderful time, only had 3 issues, 1. The bathrooms need a vent in them. 2. The dryers on the ground floor of the motel section were out of service so was told they had more on the 3rd floor. When we went to the 3rd floor there was no change machine in the area so had to go back down to the lobby to get quarters. Considering they have 1 elevator that is reliably slow at best we just gave up and let our stuff dry in the room. Which, without a vent for the humidity took awhile. (It was too windy……

“They had complementary Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Unfortunately, no one told us about it! The hotel itself is very expensive to an extreme. Off-season a beach front room was priced at over $800 a night. We also never received the complementary bottle of wine from Expedia.”

“We love Congress Hall. The hotel room is spacious and air mattress wide and comfortable. On Mother’s Day we were delayed with Valet Service as there was only 1 attendant for a period of time. We checked out early and were hoping for it to be held at the front desk, and there was no room. We were asked to check with the valet and he was swamped so we did not.”

“Location is perfect, ocean view from our balcony. Pool and hot tub on premises. Towels provided. Loved small kitchenette as a convenience especially for longer stays. Close proximity to great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping., all within short walking distance.Easy parking and access to our room.
