“Absolutely the most stunning lakefront shoreline on the lake. Wide private sand beach and pier. Flat yard that makes life easy for all ages. Beautiful home with tons of room and great hang out spots. The grand hall with bar and pool table is incredible. We hardly left the property but when you do everything is convenient. Marina to rest jet skis is 5 min walk. Hiking Fallen Leaf lake is 10 min drive. Have stayed at many properties on the lake. This is the best. Melanie the care taker is……

“I booked this rental for a bachelorette weekend with nine women and we had a great time! The host was very communicative and accommodated our requests, which was really nice. The house is spacious and clean, there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. The backyard view was so pretty! “Property was perfect for our group of 8 with comfortable beds and bathrooms. Kitchen and living space allowed for fun gathering. Excellent view of lake and wonderful hot tub. Closely located to South Lake Tahoe. ”

“We had a great stay. House was comfortable for all of us and well-located to a nearby market and Sierra at Tahoe ski resort. Our only complaint was that the kitchen lacked some basics: aluminum foil, saran wrap, salt, etc. – but that's an easy fix. Will be back! ”

“We stayed for Spring break with a group of adults and children. Most of the children were ages 5-10 and they thoroughly enjoyed everything about the property, it was perfect for them and the adults. We were also travelling with my 18 month old which was a bit more challenging with the many staircases and nice finishes on everything but to be completely honest, it’s difficult going or staying anywhere with children that age! “Couldn’t ask for a better location; close to snow play for kids, shopping, and the Lake. Home was very clean and stocked with essentials. Lovely place, we would definitely return. ”
