“The property was okay; not great, but not horrible either. Same with the neighborhood. We were disappointed not to use the hot tub or grill, as the hot tub smelled of mildew, and the grill and grilling utensils (which were left outside on the grill) were dirty. The front porch needed a good sweeping. The inside of the apartment was clean enough. The kitchen was well supplied, and included a full sized refrigerator. Large capacity washer and dryer in the basement were nice to have. The owner……
