“Good service”

“酒店的早饭不错，很多有印尼菜都很好吃了。 然后当日他们升级房间等级，免费。太温柔的对应了很满意。”

“The hotel itself is a bit old, hence it's exptected that the renovation or facilities in rooms are with ages and some might not function such as the mini refrigerator did not work. But considering the price and a variety of breakfast included, it is not a bad choice for one or two days stay.”

“Stayed at RA Suites Simatupang for two nights during a business trip, and it was such a pleasant experience! Their one-bedroom suite is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. A nice surprise was the Dolce Gusto machine provided in the room—definitely a great touch for coffee lovers! Breakfast was beyond expectations—so extraaaa! “明明已經付款，到酒店後，找不到我的訂單!名字，訂單號碼，Expedia 的收據，都給酒店前臺，還是沒找到。 在大廳等了超過半小時，前臺說還是沒找到，所以先安排我們上房間休息。 所以有經驗的前臺，為酒店服務處理問題時，還好!”

“基本上我喜歡這家飯店，但來3次都有不一樣的感受，房間有窗外風景的比較好，因為比較大一點看起來也乾淨舒服，但這次入住有事先預訂，只是check in的時候確不是給我這樣的房間，還要我據理力爭才有，這讓人不是很舒服”

“飯店位置在舊城區附近，交通不太方便，只能靠叫車。附近沒有地方可以逛只有一間小型便利商店，搭Taxi到市區大約要20分鐘（未塞車的狀況下）。服務人員態度很好，住第一晚發現廁所有小蟑螂，反應要求換房間後立刻協助處理。早有西式和印尼式可供選擇。旁邊有小型商場和幾家餐廳可以吃飯，選擇不多。”

“The suite i stayed in was lousy. The linens on the bed was dirty, for which i asked for immediate change. The air-conditioner in the sitting room was so noisy that I could not hear your own voice, the mechanics came and yet could not fix it. The wardrobe could not close tightly and with no light inside, i could not see my clothing hanged there without turning on the torch on my hand phone. Some lights could not be turned on and a promise to change to another room by the manager did not……
