Overall we liked the place, it's spacious, beds are comfortable, check in and check out process was very easy, and hot tub was definitely a plus since it was too cold to use the pool. Host charges a 75 fee for an extra 2h for early check in and late check out. “The property looks just as pictured. My issues are the parking is down the street, if you park in the lot next to the building you will be towed. My unit was on the second floor and there is no elevator. I did not have control of the thermostat and im going through hot flashes and I was miserable. Tried using the ceiling fan but there were no batteries in the remote and no strings to pull manually. All in all I would stay again if im doing business in that area.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed a long weekend here to visit my son at University of Tampa. The unit was sparkling clean, smelled fresh, and was exactly as pictured with fun but simple beach decor and bright colors. I loved the wooden blinds so we could adjust the amount of light coming in, and the mattress was comfortable with high quality sheets and towels. Liz was great to communicate with me before, during, and after our stay. The clawfoot tub is so special, and the water pressure and shower head……
