“The property was adequate for what we needed. We were looking for a place where my wife could recover from surgery. The hot tub was in the back yard was a plus. The pool was cool even though it was heated to 80 degrees. With outside temps in the 70’s, we didn’t use the pool. The kitchen was very complete even with sharp knives. It would be tight for 4 adults due to the single small bathroom. But it worked for us as a couple of two. ”

“This was an awesome stay for our large family. We had grandparents, aunts, cousins, teens, kids, and infants, and it was the perfect place to stay. There was so much to do that we never hear “I’m bored” from the kids/teens. We had grandparents stay in the in-law section (2 beds, 1-1/2 bath with its own kitchen, living space, and washer/dryer). “The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was large and the open layout made hanging in the living room/kitchen really fun with our group of friends. ”

“This a great place to stay! The entire floor plan was very functional. We had 10 people and we were all able to spread out nicely. The only issue we had was that there were cigarette butts all under the smoking trash post, One of the bed’s comforters wasn’t cleaning there was another bed in the room, so it was fine. “This house was so cute and perfect for our stay, I had my 2 children, and parents with me! Cute space for everyone. We had a our own bedrooms, 1 bathroom that was great for all, cute little kitchen, and a laundry room! I had great communication with the owner and she was helpful, and quick with her responses. “We lived in Tampa our entire lives until recently and frequently rent around the city. This house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The backyard was perfect for relaxation and the location was perfect with access to Bayshore and Ballast Point. We will be back! ”

“Nice house, had everything we needed. Close location with easy access to everything we planned doing while on vacation. A few items could use attention...better grill with a drip pan will help for future. A booklet or binder with some directions for TVs, fan, air conditioner etc. All and all was a great stay.”

“The hosts are amazing, they were always available when we had questions. Responded in a timely manner, I appreciate them. Comfortable and cozy beds, cute condo. It was a bit out of the way of attractions but definitely everything is within day trip distance. Highly recommend getting a rental car if you plan to site see. Shoes are not allowed , which is fine, we do not wear shoes in our home either but the carpets and rugs are dirty and stained so it felt uncomfortable wearing no shoes in……
