“This property was surprisingly affordable for a 2B/2b townhome. The location is really convenient to so many things — medical, hair salons, restaurants, gas stations, CVS — seemed like anything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive. (Both bedrooms are upstairs, if that matters to anyone.)Property is not new or fancy/high tech (and a few of the nearby duplexes are needing to be upgraded) but 617 was in very good shape (especially for a pet friendly unit), clean, safe, and very comfortable.……

“My wife, daughter and I stayed in this home for 5 days while visiting Tampa, Clearwater and St Pete. The house was extremely comfortable with a king size bed in each bedroom. The outside area has a lot to offer, a private pool, lots of plants, seating areas, a gas fire pit, outside tv and grill. Parking is easy and it's a very short drive to the airport and downtown. The stay was great as advertised!The hosts were responsive and able to accommodate an early check-in for us as well. 10/10 would……
