“The property was adequate for what we needed. We were looking for a place where my wife could recover from surgery. The hot tub was in the back yard was a plus. The pool was cool even though it was heated to 80 degrees. With outside temps in the 70’s, we didn’t use the pool. The kitchen was very complete even with sharp knives. It would be tight for 4 adults due to the single small bathroom. But it worked for us as a couple of two. ”

“First off, it’s an old property in an older established neighborhood. I didn’t feel unsafe at all, but I think the age of the property and neighborhood is what would through some people off. Don’t let that offset you. Also, there were sugarants in the kitchen. That’s annoying, but again this is Florida and the idea of not getting sugar ants in an older home is a pipe dream. “This was an awesome stay for our large family. We had grandparents, aunts, cousins, teens, kids, and infants, and it was the perfect place to stay. “This house needs some work. I try to not be negative BUT it is way overpriced for what you get. Lighting was awful. No outdoor lighting for night. No lighting in closet or hallway with laundry. “I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……
