“Property was better than advertised, home is new and in great condition. Golf cart and bikes were provided and were well used during our week. Only two minor issues, construction is still taking in the neighborhood, nothing terrible, but men working on a house next to the pool. I have to say, they did not interfere with our trip or the experience with the property . Parking was limited to two vehicles, so keep that in mind if you have a larger group. We certainly enjoyed our time in Grayton……

“Went for a conference, and really enjoyed having this beach front condo so close to everything. Everywhere we chose to go when we weren’t on the beach was within 10 minutes. The condo was great for our family of 4, but we could’ve comfortable had more people with the couch. ”

“Although abit dated in decor the room was clean and outfitted with everything you need. The managerial company was quick to respond to any concerns and the amenities were outstanding. Walk to the beach, free tram, and 4 pools and much more. ”

“This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Sandestin. Close to the beach and dining, spacious rooms, and safety/quiet makes it the perfect place to relax! Even with construction going on, we had the perfect trip! ”

“Stay was great view of the ocean from the property is great even not being right on the water. Got the wrong pool code but it was an easy enough fix. Theres a couple places to eat within walking distance so that was a bonus. Picture from beach access directly in front of property ”

“We had an excellent stay with no issues the property was very clean and quiet and close to the beautiful beach ”

“Overall this was a great condo. The view was great. We even woke up to dolphins playing which we could see from our balcony. The walk to the beach is just steps away. However, when we got to the condo, after about 5 minutes, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were completely black! The floors were filthy. There was also very very low water pressure in the showers. We did contact customer service at one point because the people in the next condo were forever smoking weed and it was filtering……

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We loved the location and the convenience of having the stairs so close. We were able to go down 1 flight of stairs to access the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the unit. The patio views were beautiful!”

“Beautiful views and nice beach setting! Only downside was being informed the dishwasher doesn’t work shortly before check in- and the smell from the non-working appliance. They did offer to promptly remove the stale water but we opted they complete it the day after as we were checking out. ”

“Great location, right in the center of everything. Family friendly environment, pool area was kept very clean. Across the street to a private beach access. Room was clean, we had the 3rd floor balcony street view. Description says Ocean View but due to the home's built on the beach you lose that "Beach View". Other than that we had an amazing week. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Would differently recommend and revisit again..”

The location was ideal—close to plenty of attractions within walking distance, yet the beach remained peaceful and uncrowded. But the true highlight of our experience was the host, Julie.
