“The condo was fantastic! We met our son there and brought our two dogs along, and it was the perfect setup. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee bar—with K-cups ready to go—was a great touch for coffee lovers. Each floor had a deck with beautiful views of the gorgeous beach. We were only there for a short weekend, but we’ll definitely book a longer stay next time. The location is ideal—close to shopping, restaurants, and a wonderful walking path in both directions if you prefer……

“Wonderful feeling of the outside on deck and in yard. Natural wildlife including turtles,ducks, and bird varieties. Interesting view of golf course fairway. Invited sisters who are retired one week and son and three year old grandson the next week. Perfect weather! Enjoyed beach and heated pools daily. A few items were not supplied like a corkscrew to open wine, umbrella for outside table, and beach towels. ”

“We throughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was beautiful, with the exception of both the front and back door blinds desperately needing replacement. The pull out couch also had a big tear but did not change our opinion of the condo. The golf cart was a nice perk as were the bikes and many water toys. The condo was exceptionally clean, well supplied with bath linens but could have used another kitchen towel or two. Thank you for a wonderful, we will definitely be back!”

“upon first coming into the home, we were a little disappointed with the condition/updates. On further reflection we came to accept that the listing simply did an exceptional job with the photographs. The cabinets are a little old but the updates to countertops, appliances and bathrooms are very nice. The pool was a little smaller in person than we perceived in the photos. All that said this home worked very well for our group and was nicely located in walking distance to the beach as well as……

“At Seascape for Sun Sand and Soul. Three bedroom golf villa close to the venue. Rented a cart and where set for everything we needed to do and everywhere we needed to go. They even had beach chairs!”

“Really nicely appointed unit, has a nice view of the 17th fairway, not overlooked at all, plenty of sun in the mornings on the extra large balcony. Close to a pool that is generally very quiet and close enough to the beach to easily enjoy it. We had everything we needed in the unit and more. Really nice vacation. We stayed for 16 nights. ”
