“This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience……

“We plan to come back. This was a great place for 3 couples. We had a little problem with bugs but nothing we couldn’t handle. Close to the bay and everything we wanted. Definitely a good experience. Recommend”

“Location was very convenient to all the beaches and hiking! 4 stars for the location and price compared to other options, but be aware that the amenities are pretty basic. The house was adequately sized for our family of four but teens found the beds very small. (Room w 2 twins is clearly geared towards littles, w kitschy Tinkerbell lamps.) As others mentioned, bathroom repairs are needed (instead of fixing the running toilet, they just removed the flusher entirely, plus we noted a few other……

“This property was so delightful-stepping into the home, you are whisked to a beachy cottage. The color scheme and beach decor was throughout the home, it was so refreshing. Mare, the owner, was so communicative throughout, answering every question I had. She paid attention to all the details in the home-everything is here that you could want or need. “The home was exactly as described and it was more cozy and comfortable than we could have hoped for. It was great after breakfast to be able to walk a paved trail directly behind the property thru the forest with the trees changing to brilliant colors of fall. The location to grocery stores, restaurants was also very convenient and we look forward to coming back to cape cod and definitely would want to stay here again. ”
