“這是一間平價的連鎖飯店，一開始我兒子女兒的浴缸堵塞住了，櫃檯馬上換了一間新的房間給我們，服務算很好，但搞定小孩後，換我自己房間的鑰匙打不開，重新做了二次的磁卡鑰匙，還是無法開啟門鎖，櫃檯人員不相信，又跟著我回房，在門口搞了很久，最後終於打開了！至於隔天的早餐，有土司、貝果、瑪芬、果醬，飲料就果汁跟咖啡，簡單到不行的早餐，但相對它的住宿價格也不高，只是順路的簡單過夜休息，算是還不錯的了！”

“The hotel and grounds are gorgeous. A lot of thought went into the design and it shows. We loved the open modern feel of the room and view of the Hudson was amazing. “Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation.
