“We enjoyed ourselves very much.... Spacious and unique. Though, those that can't handle noise may want to stay elsewhere. We did just fine above the Bar & Grill and the main drag with traffic-but it is very popular, and the music goes until 2 pm. We will be staying here again! It is in the middle of so many things to do! ”

“My 13 year old daughter and I booked a weekend getaway to see one of our favorite artists. As a mom having a safe place was key for my selection. Knowing that Fran and Larry were right there if we needed anything was the reassurance I needed! Keypad entry was super easy, and the apartment was perfect and cozy. They live in a quiet little neighborhood in the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown, convenient to all amenities. Highly recommend! ”

“A very nicely appointed apartment with living area, tv, adjoining bedroom and bath. The kitchen is very nice and has utensils, plates, coffee maker, etc. and packets of popcorn ready to go. I found no pots or pans but the microwave is very good. The place is very clean.The shower stall is small and not designed for big people. “Great location,but did not know trains would run during night. Elevated tracks adjacent to vrbo loft. Nicely appointed.I was very pleased about my stay, until I got a text from host telling me key and fob were not in lockbox. I told them I’m positive I put both in lockbox and relocked it. They repeated they were not in lockbox. I was driving back to Denver when I go these messages. ”

“This is a second-level corner apartment, newly renovated, new appliances. My little family celebrated Thanksgiving there with a full oven for turkey. All cookware was there. It was a convenient place to provide my college student some time away from her dorm. ”

“It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend.”
