“My family and my little girls best friend met in Wichita for a first time trip together for their birthdays. The place was fabulous and met all of our needs. The host is very responsive and answered questions quickly. Def will stay here, again for any future trips to Wichita. ”

“Our multi-generation , multi-state family recently gathered and stayed at clean and comfortable The House of Blues. Host, Nichole, was welcoming and responsive. The three levels worked well to give the different family units their own space. The younger generations particularly enjoyed the lower level which included comfy TV viewing seating, a sports table, games, and counter/frig for snacks and drinks. This was a winter stay, so the deck looked spacious but we can’t really speak to it or……

“Not much parking ”

“VRBO was centrally located to where I needed to travel during my stay. Nice location so I didn't have to travel far to any stores or locations. Plenty of Room in the VRBO. Pretty Quiet neighborhood. There were some people across the street that made some noise at 3 in the Morning. Other than that house was accommodating for what was needed. Owner was friendly. Would recommend if someone has events planned in down town Wichita”

“We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Everyone fell in love with the property. There was plenty of room for sleeping and gathering together for this group of 9. It was affordable to us because we were able to split the cost among two families. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. ”

“We stayed three nights in this nicely updated house in a quiet safe neighborhood in Wichita. The house including the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the Blackstone grill twice and it was in excellent shape. We would have used the backyard more if the weather had been nicer. We used the two primary suites (one upstairs and one downstairs. Perfect for 2 couples. ”

“The small details made this a perfect place for our family to meet. The holiday decor was so cute and classy. The real Christmas tree was a nice touch. Our family fit perfectly in the space and had a wonderful time. ”

“Enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood and great location. It was extremely COLD during our visit, we were thankful for a pool table and dart board for things to do inside. House was clean and property manager communicated well. I would have given 5 stars but overall comfort level was a little minimalist (no lamps beside beds for night time reading, and only a few blanks”
