“We had a very nice stay in this modern looking. comfortable cottage with lots of space in the living as well as the bedrooms. The location is great; very central on the Cape. Unfortunately the dining table can only seat 6 (little small for cottage that sleeps 8) and the backyard is not well maintained. Other than that it is a great cottage. Be aware that you have to pay service fees to both VRBO and VACASA when you book through VRBO.”

“The house was very clean and warm, and we were very comfortable during our stay. I have some suggestions: 1. For anyone with mobility issues, a ramp would be useful. More importantly, grab bars in the walk-in shower would provide a sense of security for those in their 70’s. 2. I’m not sure we ever mastered the light switches. Labels woul be useful.”

“This house on Long Pond was just what we were looking for to spend some time relaxing and enjoying the Cape. It provided all of the amenities that we needed, including a pool table and games for rainy day activities. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, and pots and pans (although the pots could use a little update). The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed...much appreciated! And we loved having our morning coffee on the deck, watching the swans sail by on the pond. ……

“This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience……
