“I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.”

“Perfectly fine. Friendly staff, room clean, shower works. Has electrical outlets for charging.”

“Our room had a blocked toilet which they didn't attend to when we asked. No room service for the two days that we stayed. No bath mat no face washer no coffee and only 2 complimentary bottles of water for two days.”

“Listen folks, do not waste your money here. They do not honor "pay now" bookings, even if you paid online, you will still be asked to pay in cash. They will fool you to get your refund the next day, but truth is, they will not process it until you're checked out. Plus couple of room observations, comfort room is dirty, lots of bed bugs and roaches, no garbage bags, booking says parking is free and yet, they are charging a fee, and staff are unapproachable. Such a very bad experience. Hotels.com……

“It’s a non suspecting hotel/residential complex. The hotel itself is beautiful. The people were lovely but the service is slow…. Very slow! We had issues with WIFI in our room and it took several calls for it to be looked at. It was never really fixed and we constantly had to reset the router. The rooms are beautiful despite being small. What I felt was the let down was the breakfast menu. It was sad… really sad. You’d go downstairs expecting to be greeted with a beautiful buffet……
