As stated in the description the exterior of the building the unit was in was being updated while we were there. Erin was there multiple days working on painting the exterior of the building. “We enjoyed our stay, property was just what we needed...a place to sleep, shower and minimal cooking for a few days. Bed is against the wall on one side and squeaked when you rolled over, but that was the only downside to our stay. Overall we would give it an excellent rating.”
