“We were in town for a wedding and realized pretty quickly that there wasn’t much of a nightlife in the area. But the house very quickly accommodated our needs with a great fire pit that allowed us to reconnect with old friends. The pool table in the basement made pool tournaments a great way to spend our evenings. Loved everything about the property and would stay there again if I have the opportunity to. ”

“The property was clean and appointed exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed being close to several shopping and dining options. Getting to downtown Birmingham was also quite easy. The owner communicated throughout our stay and made it a hassle-free experience. I'd definitely stay again and recommend this property to others.Added bonus -- the kids loved the games in the basement!”

“The space is good just need to be cleaned better and needs the pictures to be updated and smells like cigarettes and there is a lot of humidity ”

“Host is very responsive. Cute home with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Decorated like pictures. Everything was clean inside. Host has it supplied well with towels, kitchen supplies and furniture. Nice backyard that is fenced in with a new deck! Would recommend and stay there again. Only issue we had was a neighbor across the street blaring rap music at 6 am when he left in his vehicle.”

“The aesthetics of the residence is remarkable. Granted it is high in a hill, but very accessible. If you have any disabilities with walking, this may not be the house for you, but otherwise everything was as described. Large rooms, nice family areas. The backyard was our favorite area. It wasn't far from any of the attractions we visited in Birmingham. My one negative if it is truly considered negative, the shoer in the master bathroom is very very small. So if you are of size use the main……

“Pictures online are a little deceiving bedrooms and bathrooms were OK but living room couch and chair stained, blinds broken, kitchen horrible pots, and pans where greasy most unusable foil lining the oven and the microwave rusted out with a burning smell had to unplug which we desperately needed due to being there for bodybuilding competition, paint chairs and kitchen coming off and a swarm of wood bees and wasp at the front door when trying to get in and out challenging dogs barking at 3 AM……
