“This was our first time in Birmingham and we were in town for a concert. This was a perfect venue to fit our entire group. We especially liked the big common room for us all to hang out. ”

“Host was always communicating and accommodating. Our power went out during our stay and they kept in contact with the power company and kept us updated. Our lock needed fixed and they sent someone out immediately to fix it for us. The condo was super clean and organized, everything was easy to find. ”

“Comfortable place to stay. Lots of little things that made it special (snacks, bottled water, etc). Had one issue that I notified them about and they were out the next day to fix it. (Disposal was not working I just avoided that side of the sink-not a big deal). I would recommend staying here! Great owners to work with ”

“We enjoyed this stay. It's tucked away in a relatively quiet neighborhood, which means you have a 20-30 minute drive to Birmingham proper. There are a few odds/ends about the place that definitely need attention: the master bathroom shower is not sloped properly, so water pools in the corner away from the drain after every use, which isn't super sanitary. They've replaced some of the floors on top of other floors, so you're liable to stub your toe here or there. I'm being a bit nitpicky, but……
