“We had the stay of a lifetime at our VRBO! David was a wonderful host and a great communicator with any questions we had. The location was ideal to all the parks…about 15-20 minutes away. The VRBO was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our party of 10. We loved the location on the corner of the lake with no neighbors to one side and the lake behind. “We loved our stay at this villa! Clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Bring your own beach towels , paper towels ,extra toilet paper. Would sty here again it was a great size for four to six people.”

“We primarily just needed the property for sleeping purposes so we did not use any of the amenities. It was a very good value for the price. We loved being able to park right outside, and the bedroom/bathroom arrangement suited us well. Communication with the hosts was excellent.”

“Our 9 night stay as a family was fantastic! We are a group of 6 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 10-14. The feature we loved most was the set up of this home with the three master suites and the spaciousness of all the rooms. Pool and hot tub were great and worked flawlessly. We spent a fair amount of time at the resort pool as well, which we all enjoyed. The only items we were really missing and could have used more of were towels and just extra blankets. “Myself and 11 others travel south each what for Speedweeks in Daytona. We stay in the Kissimmee area because there is so much to do. This was our 4th year and by far our favorite house we have stayed in. The house was clean and just like the picture. The backyard had plenty of room for all of us to relax and just chill out. “This was a great location for our family trip for 12. The home was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood had a pool with a separate kids area. There was also a lazy river and a kids activity room that was open during the day. Our rental had its own pool, which you could request to be heated. This was great for the kids with us who enjoyed swimming even after the larger neighborhood pool closed. We were in a great shopping area as well at about 15 minutes……

“Overall our stay was great! The house is HUGE and there was plenty of common area space for fun times! We had 2 incidents: One area near the garage reeked (like something died in the walls) and we couldn’t use that adjacent bedroom. And the upstairs air conditioner stopped working! BUT… The communication with the property mgr/owner was fantastic and prompt! They had someone come out to fix the AC and investigate the smell! Turns out the cleaning staff left a bag of Chinese food on the garage……

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……
