“If you are looking for something different and more of an experience for your stay, this house boat is something to consider. You have to take a dingy (very stable) out the the boat, a decent distance offshore, but everything worked great and was easy to operate. We brought groceries with us and there is a nice kitchen area and refrigerator that worked well for us. The stay on the boat was a nice getaway if you are looking for some solitude and quietness. Plenty of space on the boat to hang out……

“Super unique and fun stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful.Just a couple of suggestions for future guests planning on staying for more than a couple days: Take ice for the cooler, possibly an extra cooler, paper plates and utensils, paper towels, extra garbage bags. But I'm pretty sure if there was anything you needed/forgot the owners would supply or direct you on an easy means to get it. They are very responsive. I highly recommend you rent their boat. “Overall, the stay was amazing! The neighborhood was great to take a walk and the roof of the boat was incredible to relax on. We were able to do a little fishing and caught a few fish! The only improvements that I would recommend is to ensure the place is completely clean beforehand. We found two thong underwear behind the couch. Also, maybe bigger bumpers between the boats? The banging was extremely loud at night. Otherwise, this place was a dream! ”

“This is our second time staying at the cove. We absolutely loved it. The properties were decorated for the Xmas holiday and there was even a beautiful fully decorated tree in our unit. Walk to so many restaurants so you can’t beat the convenience. Parking was easy and they have wagons available if you need help with luggage. We will definitely be back”
