“The receptionist was really helpful during check in and gave us a number of recommendations for food and drink. “Our stay was nearly perfect. The room was comfortable and perfectly located. I do wish I had not noticed that the floor was not properly swept (corners of room) but I didn’t think it was a massive problem. They provided complimentary drinks from the room’s mini fridge and the lobby had a pretty cool coffee machine that was available at all hours and was kept very tidy and neat. The location was perfect— very close to beach and plenty of restaurants. Out stay in San Sebastián was amazing and……

The room was beautiful with a huge outdoor patio including table and chairs. The living room and room each had a door to the patio. The bed was comfortable and clean. "A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
