“We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Its location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the old town with an abundance of Pintxos bars and restaurants. You can also be at La Concha beach in a matter of minutes! La Concha was a real highlight for us. It is lovely. The check in process was easy and the communication from Miren was brilliant!!!! “We spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment in San Sebastián. The location is great, easy access for sightseeing and public transportation. The apartment comfortably held my husband and me, our teenaged granddaughter, our son, and my brother in law and sister in law. We were able to travel with carry on only, knowing the apartment included a washing machine. If I travel to San Sebastián again, I would definitely want to stay here.”

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
