“ Very helpful staff, lovely hotel”

“the location is good, but the hotel is very out-dated. There was heavy smell of smoke on the hallway and the WiFi is pretty much unavailable.”

“Free parking is excellent. The room is very stylish and comfortable. Interesting design about the mirror in the bathroom. The bed is too short for a man higher than 185 cm. Accessible and convenient to travel to Basel within 30 minutes by public transportation. Staff are friendly. However, we suggest the hotel hiring more professional cleaning team as there are visible dust on furniture, clear stains in bathroom. It is an acceptable condition but it could be much better too. Overall, it is……

“Tolle Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer modern und es gab eine schöne Terrasse. Der S-Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar, und es steht ein großer Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Zugverbindung nach Basel und Lörrach Hauptbahnhof ist sehr praktisch.”

“Everything was wonderful. I would have rated it higher, but I have to deduct points. When booking, I stated in writing that I wanted a quiet room, away from the stairs and the street. This was confirmed. Unfortunately, I was given the room directly by the stairs and facing the street. After complaining, I was given a quiet one. I also had a written reservation for a table in the restaurant. Unfortunately, this didn't happen either. Nevertheless, I would come again.”

“Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber! Im Hotel war es angenehm ruhig und das Bett sehr bequem! Das einchecken ging problemlos und schnell. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker! Ein Zimmer hatte Teppich, was uns persönlich nicht so gefallen hat! Wir würden und werden dieses Hotel wieder buchen!”
