“Big room and the building has sauna facilities which is a surprise, sadly we do not have time to enjoy that. Efficient CS and helpful staff. Since I booked from Hotels.com, it is misleading that it is a hotel and we thought it would have a front desk to keep our luggages. However, the staff there was helpful and CS was easy to contact and helped us to solve the problem immediately. ”

“整體來說很好, 地點也算方便, 有少數設備有點問題, 像是抽油煙機等, 但對我們並不是特別困擾, 倒是附近正有大型工程, 所以google map的路線並不適用, 明明距離地鐵站很近, 但第一天我們拖著大行李在附近繞了2小時才抵達, 如果飯店可以預先讓房客知道週邊的狀況及建議的路線就更好了”

“乾淨、整潔、該有的設備都有，員工的服務熱心，地點在中央車站附近，行李也可以寄放，逛街很方便。是個絕佳的住宿地點!”

“I booked single room and near to toilet and shower room, and the wall is so thin. So you can imagine so noise. No elevator. Totally the hotel is so convenient. You can go any attractive point on foot. Staff is so nice and kind for helpful a lot. I arrived early, I can left my luggage in the hotel and go somewhere. Hotel is clean and kitchen’s equipment is completeness.”

“Pauschal kann man anmerken, dass 1. das Landschaftliche und auch der See absolut OK war 2. das betreuende Team immer sehr gut ansprechbar war und gut reagiert hat. 3. Es war bezüglich des "Alleinseins" perfekt, eben "Finnisch".”
