“透過hotel.com定房，到了現場還得查看我方定房證明，我都事先打電話確認過了，耽誤很多時間等。另外，定房時網站說明可選擇不同床型，定房時也註明清楚我要的型式，但到現場發現並沒這選項，真是無言。”

“工作人員不誠實，帳單錯誤經過反應還是硬辯。例如被告知的meal plan for價格最後被亂算，並且還多收一天。經過反應還說meal plan不能一天單買⋯⋯ 並且還竄改帳單細節。這樣價格住宿卻是這樣的管理水準，很失望！”

“My room was large and had a mini fridge, mini kitchen with pans, pots, silverware, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle. The AC kept the room cool. The balcony had a cushioned couch and views of the harbor. Towels and coffee, creamer, sugar were replaced each day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The WiFi is slow. I hope they can boost their WiFi and increase the download and upload speeds.”

There were activities to choose from if you felt inclined and staff were more than happy to suggests localised attractions to visit. “I booked for two nights stay but had to check out next day. Because the room smells so bad the bed smells bad pillow bed cover all dirty and roaches can be seen on kitchen counter top very dirty. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed. ”
