“工作人員不誠實，帳單錯誤經過反應還是硬辯。例如被告知的meal plan for價格最後被亂算，並且還多收一天。經過反應還說meal plan不能一天單買⋯⋯ 並且還竄改帳單細節。這樣價格住宿卻是這樣的管理水準，很失望！”

“Beautifully maintained grounds and facilities, private beach with snorkeling, swimming, surfing and sea kayaking off the beach. Wonderful vibe: young travelers and families, respectful and friendly guests. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed with family in Garden Hut. Very clean room, firm but very comfortable mattress (queen bed) softer twin mattresses (2) were adequate for kids. Free continental breakfast is sparse but adequate (toast, jam, bananas, coffee, cereal, yogurt). Heartier lunch……

“透過hotel.com定房，到了現場還得查看我方定房證明，我都事先打電話確認過了，耽誤很多時間等。另外，定房時網站說明可選擇不同床型，定房時也註明清楚我要的型式，但到現場發現並沒這選項，真是無言。”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Tambua Sands Beach Resort, FIJI. Chris was a standout staff member, who was so helpful. We also appreciated Mere the maid and the chefs' food was amazing. Service at the bar was good too. The rooms were clean and enjoyable within a short walk to the beach. If I could add something, it might be a small gift ship, with basic travel supplies and maybe some t-shirts as a suggestion. Only issue, if it says Adults Only, it should always be adults only. ”
