“We chose the property because we loved the proximity to the water. It definitely delivered on tgat - we enjoyed being on the decks and on the dock to enjoy the water. However, we chose it over a similar property with a pool because it advertised access to a neighborhood pool, but the neighborhood pool was closed the whole time with no explanation. We also were a bit disappointed in the lack of toilet paper (there was only one roll per bathroom and we had to go buy toilet paper), no hand soap……
