“We booked this last minute and didn’t know what to expect. It was our first time to the area. We were pleasantly surprised. The room/condo was right in the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from our deck. Only a few steps away from the beach. The tennis/pickleball court was in excellent condition, with good equipment! We did have to buy our own pickleballs (not a big deal)and enjoyed it every day. “A great beach house, easy walk to the beach. The hot tub needed to be drained and cleaned on the first day. The kitchen utensils and beach gear all had rust, maybe could use an update. Beds were sort of hard but they were fine. A lot of stairs so definitely keep in mind if you have mobility issues, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“This unit was perfect for 5 of us - 4 adults and 1 teenager. Communication with the owner, Vlad, before arriving and at check-in was great. He was super attentive. The unit was very clean, water pressure was great in the shower, and the kitchen was well stocked. The bunk beds in the hallway were great for kids without the need for an extra bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Being that it was late October and pretty much the end of the vacation season some of the issues we encountered were understandable. The property was easy to find. located a short drive to Duck and Kittyhawk. The neighborhood was very quiet. When we first entered, we noted a mix of musty/bleach odor and a few dead palmetto bugs on the floor. The rooms were decorated nicely. The beds were a little too soft for my liking and a bit worn in.
