“This is a perfect location for an extended visit to friends/family in any of the Caulfields. There are trams to everywhere, as well as restaurants and grocery stores within steps.The host is extremely responsive.”

“Great location right near a peaceful beach! Nice restaurants nearby; also train station. Worked really well for our stay to visit family. ”

“Everything was great, the only issue we had was the door lock for the balcony was broken and so the door was unlocked while we were there. It was no big deal as we were on the third floor. Parking was easy, but is accessed through the shopping centre carpark the appartments sit above. We were met at the entrance and guided to the building’s secure car park. Harry was great in communicating with, and meeting us, on arrival.”

Close to cafes, shops, beach and transport.A few kitchen things lacking if one wants to cook a basic meal and not just heat up take aways, but I communicated this with landlord who undertook to change things.Would happily book again next time!Would hire again”

“Perfect size for 2 people - great location, comfy beds, great shower. Secure undercover carpark included + secure entry and exit. Hampton, Vic is a beautiful spot - very close to the beach, plenty of food options right at your doorstep. Great communication with the Property Mum's group. ”
