“Enjoyable stay for our family of five including two small dogs. House has everything you need, neat and compact. Secure fencing front and back for the dogs too. Convenient to Beaumaris Concourse and Cheltenham train station and also the beach is close by. Would stay again. Thank you!”

“The photos are not reflective of the property. It was notionally clean until you look a bit closer…the beds looked like someone slept in them already, furniture was damaged, there’s no table tennis table, the outdoor furniture was filthy, the pool had glass on the paving around it. It was gross. We stayed one night until we could find another place (as Stayz never contacted me to find an alternative place). ”

“This property was perfect for us”

“We had 3 families needing a place to stay whilst there was a youth regatta at the local sailing club. This house was in a great location where kids (14 - 17 years) could ride their bikes or walk down the beach to the sailing club. The adults could spread out in different areas in the house. The kids enjoyed having their own space with a playstation, couch and bunk beds upstairs. Albert, the owner, was available when we locked ourselves out and gave us some flexibility with check in and check out……

“Just horrid. Despite the nice photos presented for this property, when we arrived we discovered that the house (floors, couch), some of the bedding and kitchen appliances (including the oven, crockery, dishwasher and tea towel) were dirty. The property needs lots of basic maintenance - the range hood and tv didn’t work, shower door, shower head, toilet roll holder and basketball ring were all broken, recycling bin overflowing, drafty windows in the bedrooms. We also weren’t given any……
