“The condo is just as the photos showed. It is very clean and perfect for a small family to enjoy the beach. The property manager did a great job communicating and we were well prepared for our stay! Our 2 doodles loved people watching on the ocean side balcony. We will return soon!”

“Very nice, basic kind of place. We did a lot of beach going and shopping here at at Wrightsville so coming back to this condo was nice as it was quiet, the tenants keep to themselves, the parking is very easy. Only downside was the closest beach access is Periwinkle, which is an easy 2 block walk. ”

“A clean and comfortable place to stay. We were traveling for my daughter's 13th birthday, so this was perfect for each adult to have her own room and then the bunk room for all the kids. Easy access to the beach and marvelous views from both front and back balconies. Plus, Andrew was responsive and kind!”

“The Property in in an excellent location for downtown Wilmington NC . The pictures do not do justice to the View of the Battleship Monument . The Balcony is directly in front of the North facing cannons . There are vibrant family oriented active downtown shopping food and historical activities . Perfect stay for a couple. The owners are very responsive and curteous . Overall a perfect metro urban get away .”

“The listing was detailed and accurate and the real deal was even better! For our time at Hogan's Place, the weather was beautiful, and the beach and neighborhood were peaceful. Sitting in the living room seemed just like an extension of the deck - just as pictured! The owners clean the unit themselves, and we couldn't have asked for it to be any better. They reached out before check-in, and continued to make themselves available for any questions or problems. We were on a sisters' trip so……
