“我人比較保守，可能這種新潮酒店不太適合我。登記入住時候前台服務員感覺給我太隨意，講話方式讓人感覺輕佻，沒有把我當成客人看待。浴室洗澡地台洗澡時候會漏水到浴室其他地方。酒店大堂播放的音樂太大聲。入住期間早上有服務員搞錯房間，說收到要求要來拿行李到大堂，但對方知道搞錯後並沒有道歉，只是草草笑了一下便離開。總的來說酒店的服務員，包括前台，都沒有預期的禮貌和服務態度。”

“This was the first time we have stayed here and it was just perfect for two related couples - Own bedroom - own bathroom great layout and facilities with views over the river to Surfers and Broadbeach areas The management called mid morning to advise the room was ready which was brilliant and very helpful. The only negative were the mindless and selfish lunatics on Jet skis on the river No consideration for others but that had nothing to do with the property. Can't wait to need to return for a……

“The early arrival was at 7am,The receptionist kindly arranged a room for us to rest. The room over a thousand feet was first-rate and incomparable. The receptionist told me all the details and would definitely come back again. Thank you so much!”

“The property is in a relatively quiet location comparing to the surfer’s paradise area! It’s off the main beach which is just as nice any other beaches! We can see beautiful sunrise in our beds! It’s got everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. Highly recommended! ”

“Everything is good. Staff is very helpful. Only no air con in each bedrooms but fans available, no WiFi could be connected.”

“The apartment has a nice view but the conditions were pretty bad. One of the toilets was leaking that needs repairing and closed for 2 days out of 3 days we stayed. One of the bed head block was falling down, carpet was wet (I was informed it was due to air conditioning leaking), all remote didn’t work, poor wifi and more. Pretty disappointed. However, the reception and staff were very friendly but that cloud not compensate the poor conditions of the apartment”
