The decor etc. is quite dated and a little tired in places, but comfortable and generally clean, and the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. A great breakfast with good quality ingredients. Some attention to detail with cleaning would be helpful - eg some mould in shower, and bathroom fan grill quite grimy, the odd cobweb, and some accumulated dust in nooks and crannies. But could not fault bedding, towels etc., and the bed was……

“The approach to the hotel there are loads of cigarette ends by the door way. Lots of rubbish in the bushes generally untidy. The pub itself externally is 3 different colours and the porchway roof had tiles missing ”
