It's quiet, clean, and comfortable.My only issue is the poor communication and inflexibility of the hosts.My brother and his girlfriend drove 4-1/2 hours and were expected to arrive at the rental an hour before check-in.I was getting ready to board my flight and asked about receiving the access code since my brother would be arriving while we were in flight. I received a flat response of "The code will be sent at 3:00PM".After my flight, I received a text around 3:00PM……

“We had our family come in for Thanksgiving from Wisconsin. The bag yard was fenced in and perfect for the kids. House had been renovated and had great parking. It was five minutes from Publix and made it super easy to grab last minute items. We made memories of a lifetime and will definitely stay there again.”

“The house was beautiful and a nice size based off the photos online. We did have some issues when we arrive and the property manager apologize for any inconvenience. The chairs in the dining room didn't have any seat cushion and were weak. The futons need new mattresses. The house sleeps 12 but there was a table top ironing board that had stands but didn't work. Overall the house is located in a great neighborhood with grocery store near by.”
