“We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) We spent the rest of our time enjoying the peace and quiet of the apartment and the……

“Nice property and convenient location to Hollywood Cemetery, Allianz Ampitheater & Carytown. Quiet neighborhood and ample street parking. Have to rave about the beds! The most comfortable rental beds we’ve ever slept in! Fluffy, soft sheets, lots of pillows. All 3 beds were comfortable! Very pleased with our choice! ”

“The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. ”

“Lovely cottage with nice outdoor space. The place was very clean, comfortable, quiet and inviting. Easy communication with host and very convenient to The Mill at Fine Creek where we attended a wedding. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The place looked good online, but it is larger than it seems and better than I can express!!!!What a true gem in a setting you try to think of reasons to return for another occasion before you have even left.All went well and was very easy from the reservation, communication, arrival, stay, adding my son's dog for 2 days 24 hours before arrival, to cleanup and leaving,,,,,which we were all sad to drive away!Had a great experience that I left something and was able to go back a few days later……

“My partner and I visited the area to explore the VMFA. The property was well maintained and just as the photos on the listing portrayed. Our host even went grocery shopping for us which was a beautiful surprise. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We are definitely planning on visiting the area again due to our experience this weekend. ”

“Everything was very clean. Side glass door closer is loose and very hard to operate. Laundry detergent table a bit sticky, needs a wipe-down. These are trivial things but I thought you might want to know. Overall - Excellent !”
