“This two night vacation in the windy, cool weather of March was a spontaneous, quick decision. The area was close to where we wanted to explore with an adequate and up close view of the lake. The cabin was clean and we made use of the covered porch for our meals. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking. The beds were comfortable enough, but sounds of walking and TV could be heard next door. Wi-Fi and a smart TV for a late movie rounded out our needs. The nearby busy road produced some traffic……

“I was not aware that there were 3 levels to this townhouse, with 2 staircases. The staircases were very loud and that surprised us. The space was nice for our family of 5. Our check-in was rocky because of lack of communication, but we were able to get in within the hour of arriving, which I was grateful for. It was a really nice area, close to the MO line where we went for rafting, quiet and safe-feeling. There was also nice/safe areas to walk our dog and take him for potty breaks. ”

“MTB paradise starts with a 3rd floor view above a bike shop central to Bentonville bike parks and Back 40 and Little Sugar trails. Beds and pillows firm and very comfortable. Elevator worked well. I would consider staying here again.”

“Couldn’t find anything remotely affordable in Fayetteville for family weekend, so found the perfect excuse to stay and ride from here! Perfect space for me and the wife. Only nit I could pick would be that I’d wish the beeps on the gate keypad could be turned off. Since our door is right by the main gate, we could hear everyone entering. ”

“Low cost and great location for Back40 and Sugar Land MTB. Great place to save money and see Bentonville. ”

“We were able to hop right on the greenway and head to Bentonville. Property was super clean. Second floor looked like it has storage for bikes if you bring your own lock (this isn’t mentioned anywhere in any listing or directions).”
