“Great little boutique hotel on the beach 15 minutes from Sozopol. Nice, clean rooms, lovely rooftop terrace where the (very cool) owners serve excellent Mexican cuisine in the evenings. Two things travelers might find somewhat problematic: many rooms come with shared bathrooms, and the parking is a bit rough. But what the heck, it’s a three minute walk to a great beach.”

“The place is good and quite close to the beach, 2.5 km from city center. The apartment are nice but the kitchen as no hob, nothing to cook, the fridge is not working, the a/c smells moisture. Terrasse table broken. The bed is ok but not prépare and the duvet sheet was missing. The parking is not on site free as described on hotel.com, it s 15lv by days. The free minibar is an empty fridge that not work fine. The breakfast is poor and not good. The swimming pool is really nice.”

“The property was newly rennovated in a prime location looking at an old church and nect to one. It was in an old complex completely renovated with (2) restaurants, & a small supermarket below. We had a fantastic time walking the area, seeing the Bysantine renants, watching an event with song and dance and fabulous dinner at Pinnocchios. Petko, the manager, could not have been kinder or more helpful. Hated leaving this special place.”

“Fantastic hotel, great location not far from the main strip but far enough to not be noisy. 5 mins walk to flower street, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 mins walk from Restaurant Djanny etc. The staff are very friendly and keen to help with any request and also give you local info if you haven't been to sunny beach before.
