The owner makes things easy for those who stay from her communication with you to the checkout process. The amenities are amazing. We had a great time and we will stay again!”

“This is a very charming and cozy house. It was very clean and the appliances were all new/newer. The home has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 king. They also have a blow up bed in the closet. Great selection of k cup coffees and tea bags. A very special surprise of gooey butter cakes from Pats, the local pastry shop.”

“This was by far the worst rental I’ve ever stayed in. There were cameras in every virtually every window several of which were pointed toward the interior making us feel very uncomfortable. There were no linens on any of the beds. When we finally found them, they didn’t smell or appear to be clean. The house had no wifi and no dining table. The only dishes we could find were two small cups. Overall an absolutely horrible place to stay. ”

“My dad, son and myself stayed here to fish Lake Kinkaid. The location was close to lake, about 15 min drive. The house was perfect, clean and everything you need. Next time down we will definitely stay here again.”

Riley was great to accommodate until power was restored and stay in constant communication throughout the entire ordeal. Would definitely stay again.”
