“had a great weekend with my college buddies just hanging out and watching the NCAA BB tournament. the home was better than we expected. beds were super comfortable. kitchen had everything we needed including utensils for the grill. for two days we stretched out in the motorized theater chairs and watched basketball games. great big screen, great sound and easy to work all the remotes. home was very clean. location at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small neighborhood gave us plenty of privacy.……

“The house was absolutely amazing, beautiful views, very clean, lots of space! Host was very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! ”

“I have stayed at 8-10 other VRBO properties, so I have a point of reference for this property. First’s off, Fall creek falls park is wonderful and this property checks the boxes for traveling there in a short time.The property was nice and clean. One thing to note about this property is that it isnt close to… anything else. There are small mini marts about 10 minutes away but the closest grocery store of note is south 30 minutes away (walmart) or 30 minutes west in Mcminnville (kroger). ……

“We came to Sparta, TN for the state parks and to view the many waterfalls around the surrounding area. Our rental was great and located in a great location that made it easy to visit several (9 waterfalls total) without having too far of a drive To the parks. We had a great place to stay, great hosts and had a great fun visit in Sparta.”
