“Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The place was very clean and it's very comfortable and homey. I expected smaller guest quarters, but it's a full, roomy apartment. The location was perfect for me, and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. “I've been trying to stay at the Red Door for a few years now as we come down a few times a year to spend time downtown and ride the swamp rabbit trail. Was surprised when we showed up that the property hadn't been cleaned at all and we weren't notified.Then we had to leave for a few hours to allow the cleaning crew come in after we'd semi unpacked.After that the property was great and as advertised. The location was prefect and exactly what we were hoping for.I would suggest adding white noise……
