“Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

“I would definitely stay here again. However, i would note several things. The listing says a 5th person could sleep comfortably on the couch. Where in the world do guests 3 and 4 sleep? There is one bed and one couch. The bathroom is at best, compact. There is no way 5 or even 3 people could share the bathroom. Also, the shower grout is either old or dirty. Somewhat off putting. Also, we aware of the noise! The businesses around him have pounding noises day and night. They also have their trash……

“The place was exactly what we needed.It was close enough to everywhere we needed to go. Inside I felt like someone was very meticulous on details to make sure everything was well placed in and that every inch of the apartment was utlized well. Thw outaide makes you think you got a lemon once you walk in, you feel at home. ”

“This beautifully appointed studio in the basement of an older home is spacious enough for two people. Charming rooms with stone walls and wood beams, beautiful linens, a functional --but small, note no stove/oven --kitchen. Located conveniently just a few minutes off the main road in Tryon. (Note, tough to find the first time at night, so don't check in after dark.) Really a delightful place to stay, I hope to be back.”
