“Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

“I've been trying to stay at the Red Door for a few years now as we come down a few times a year to spend time downtown and ride the swamp rabbit trail. Was surprised when we showed up that the property hadn't been cleaned at all and we weren't notified.Then we had to leave for a few hours to allow the cleaning crew come in after we'd semi unpacked.After that the property was great and as advertised. The location was prefect and exactly what we were hoping for.I would suggest adding white noise……

“This is an old mill turned into an apartment building. Scary pulling up but the inside is beautiful! Well put together however the only negatives would be that the elevator is not in operation and there are so many stairs which can be a pain with luggage.
