“Such a perfect property for a family getaway. So convenient to the marina and boat ramp, and perfect dock to keep our boat for a few days. We had such a great time and hope to return!”

“The home was beautiful, clean and had a great view. The kids really enjoyed the loft upstairs and that gave us some privacy on the first floor. The hosts were great and very responsive. ”

“I stayed at the property the night before and after my wedding. I needed a night with my best friend the night before and with my husband the night of. It was perfect and not far from our wedding venue. ”

“We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage on the Cumberland gap. The only thing I would improve on is the bed that is very creaky. Also communication was minimal. I couldn’t see the links given in the message and the hosts didn’t respond to my question. All good though because it was just as pictured. ”

“This is the second year in a row we've stayed there with our family. There's 11 of us in total. We come to Norris every year for our family vacation. The closeness to the water is so nice, very minimal steps. House is clean and well furnished. Love sitting on the deck but even nicer to sit on the lower patio with cool breeze from ceiling fans. The ice machine is wonderful. Saved us so much money in ice for coolers. The dock is practically new, added kayaks. The kids loved kayaking. The steps……

“Tricky drive. Steep climb from dock to Lookout. To be fair, it looks like the high percentage of homes on Norris lake had steep climbs from dock to residence. I think it's called, vacation in the mountains! If I had one suggestion, it would be some kind of sun block for the deck in the evening. It faces the west and would be more pleasant with an awning or something. We loved our stay ! Steve and Kathy are great hosts. Such nice people. Norris lake is the prettiest lake I have ever been……
