“House was fabulous and clean. Beds were nice and kitchen was well stocked and great for a large group. Internet worked great. However, wish we would have known there was no phone service in that area of the lake and TV had no cable or smart capabilities. Overall, perfect stay.”

“It was just ok. List of issues and inconveniences include: communication with the host was unreliable, a horrible smell the whole stay and asked to check it out but no one to assist on the weekend, hot water tank not plugged in, and toilet seat was falling off. The place was listed as brand new and I want to believe it was but a few things made me question that. Our sheets in one of the bunks were very rough and not soft. The living room with one television could have used another small sofa……

Communication with the marina was excellent including check in / out. The water on Norris is like no other! Counting the days until we can come back!”

“We have never stayed in a houseboat before and this experience was great! The accommodations were clean and well stocked. We were within walking distance of the marina & less than 10 miles away from the nearest grocery. Best part is that we were able to dock our boat right up to the houseboat. We would absolutely stay again. The cons, if your a Verizon customer you pretty much have NO Service.”
