“This was a very tidy, updated duplex. Clean, everything you could want or need in the kitchen. The deck was really nice with lots of space to visit and we had great weather to enjoy it. We had a group of 5 adults and the space worked great but you must go upstairs for bedrooms and bath so keep that in mind.”

“We came from TN for the football game. House was located in a nice neighborhood about 20-30 mins away from the stadium. Very clean and loved that we weren't expected to do the dishes, laundry, trash while there like most VRBO places require! Would stay again if in the area. ”

No amenities as I've found in previous rentals such as no: hair dryer, shampoo, shower soap. Not enough linens for 6 people to sleep. Pull out couch, but no sheets or blankets. Bed upstairs had no sheets. No extra pillows. Difficulty with lock/access and local contatct info was incorrect/disconnected owner was very helpful when I did reach her by email and rental company was……
