“Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. First’s off, Fall creek falls park is wonderful and this property checks the boxes for traveling there in a short time.The property was nice and clean. One thing to note about this property is that it isnt close to… anything else. There are small mini marts about 10 minutes away but the closest grocery store of note is south 30 minutes away (walmart) or 30 minutes west in Mcminnville (kroger). ……
