“Great place to stay. Everything we needed for a pleasant relaxing stay. The only con of this unit was it rained heavily for 2 days and the area to the walkway was lacking in drainage grates or pipes and was ankle deep with water. if you didn't mind walking thru water to your ankles to enter the unit, it was no problem. I would still highly recommend this area and will book again really soon! ”

“We have visited Lake Tansi resorts for 30+ years and appreciate this updated three bedroom condo. However, the cleanliness was concerning - the toilet was only spot cleaned as evident by the dirty underside of the toilet seat and hair was left in the shower and on bed sheets. When I called to request maintenance for a slow drain and reported the cleaniness issues she apologized. Not much more they could do at that point. The maintenance crew was quick to help with a bath tub not draining and……

Penny's attention to detail is unsurpassed, and she is a wonderful, kind and responsive host. The rooftop area is so lovely and peaceful. We loved the store below, and the area in general is really sweet - there are some great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return in the future!”

“Really felt like we were getting away from everything ”

“We were a bit confused because on our paper work we recieved at check in it said L8 was the office and that was not the case. Other than that we had a good time.”

“It was in remote area and we had to drive 30 miles to buy groceries. Then was missing basics like extra paper towels. Dishwasher was broken. Nice unit comfortable, though road to it was gravel. Not many restaurants so we grilled out every night and had to buy everything. Was not expecting it to be so isolated. Fall Creek Falls area was good drive away. The roads were very narrow and winding with lots of switch backs, not used to that at all. Beautiful area in mountains.”

One of the main reasons we chose this place was because of the workout/health facilities that were supposed to be available. Upon arrival, we discovered they were closed indefinitely. Our confirmation email also gave us conflicting information regarding hours and procedures it seemed no one could give us a straight answer to resolve these issues……
