“For the money, room cleaning left a lot to be desired. We returned from the beach on our first full day and crumbs from the morning's croissant were still on the table. It didn't appear that the rug had been vacuumed during our entire stay. Expected better.”
“The wood railings are not sturdy. Rooms are exceptionally thought out. The Aurora restaurant should have more choices in food and the staff was not very welcoming in the restaurant. Everyone else on the premises was very accommodating and friendly. The spa did an excellent job with the pedicure. Pool area was 99% clean and well maintained. ”
